Reverse Mortgage is a program that may or may not be for you

Since the late 80's the reverse mortgage and variations of the program have been around the U.S. and Canada. A lot of folks thought it was  not believable. This was because very few people could qualify and the banks siply didn't know what to do with the house when the owner died.

So it fell into the category of a reverse mortgage scam. many folks who did look into the product saw a great number of reverse mortgage disadvantages. Today you can basically look at the program and using the reverse mortgage calculator you can get an idea of where you might start if you are in tough shape and need to get a handle on your financial situation. If it works then you may have more than just breathing room if you are OK with living where you are for the rest of your lives. Cause after you take on the program that's it. There's no going back, but it beats struggling to make a payment that might be out of reach and you can be part of a list of growing foreclosures.

I'll try to get more information out in a timely manner

Have a good day and check out the program. http://budurl.com/nodownloan  or if necessary you can see what to do about your credit at http://budurl.com/repairurcredit

Unemployed mortgage programs are here, but do they work?

We really are trying to help with the issue of unemployment mortgage assistance for all who need it.

This blog will seek and find help for foreclosure prevention and to stop the need for bank short sales when the situation appears hopeless. Foreclosure auctions on the courthouse steps the first Tuesday of every month is a heartbreak for many.

With the stoppage of foreclosures appearing to be a blessing, it's far from that. The mortgage is due, personal situations not withstanding, but getting relief hopefully is on the way. It's going to take some very strong effort to deal with this and that's why we are here.
